Beyonce and Jay-Z Hamptons Rental Home for Sale

The Sandcastle, a Bridgehampton mansion Beyoncé and Jay-Z rented for $400,000 a month last summer, recently went up for sale at the low price of 43.5 million.

Owner and real estate developer Joe Farrell, of Farrell Builders, listed the sprawling 31,000-square-foot home and 11-acre property with Corcoran agent Gary DePersia after picking up a new apartment at 510 Park Avenue in Manhattan for $3.5 million, according to The Daily Mail.

The Sandcastle, located at 612 Halsey Lane, boasts a bevy of outrageous amenities, including a 60-foot heated pool with underwater stereo system, outdoor kitchen, a skateboard half pipe, rock-climbing wall, two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, full bar, tennis court, spa, gym, combination squash, basketball and racquetball court with moving walls and retractable hoop, eight-car garage, recording studio and a “child’s performing area.”

Cheech Marin has also rented the decadent Bridgehampton abode.
