Who Is the Guy in the Hamptons Driving Around in the Army Truck?

I have seen the Army truck pictured above on two separate occasions now. The first time the Army guy was pulling out of a parking spot in Southampton and I just thought it was the coolest thing.

The guy driving the truck keeps a perfect poker face behind the wheel, as if it’s no big thing that he’s rockin’ an Army truck that looks straight out of World War II as his daily vehicle to get around in the Hamptons.

I saw this exact same guy in Sag Harbor getting into the truck after what appeared to be grocery shopping. WHO IS THIS MAN!!!??? DOES ANYBODY KNOW!!?? IS HE AN AWESOME GUY?
