Brooks Brothers Creates Great Gatsby Line

Brooks Brothers has just released a clothing line inspired by the costumes designed by Catherine Martin for Baz Luhrmann‘s new film The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald‘s classic novel.

The clothes harken back to the Roaring Twenties, flappers, jazz and the many glamorous parties at Jay Gatsby‘s Long Island mansion.

While many believe The Great Gatsby takes place in the Hamptons, the famed West Egg and East Egg are actually on the North Shore in Nassau County, on Long Island’s Gold Coast. The East End may not be home to Mr. Gatsby, but it is home to two Brooks Brothers locations—one in Southampton Village and an outlet in Riverhead‘s Tanger Mall—that can help you look like him.
