Lindsay Lohan Leaves Seafield for More Permissive Rehab

Hours before she was supposed to check into the Seafield Center in Westhampton, Lindsay Lohan changed her court-ordered rehab plans. After a brief stay at another rehabilitation facility in Newport Beach, California, TMZ reports that the embattled starlet checked out and entered a program at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California instead.

For a brief time in between, Lohan picked up an arrest warrant, according to TMZ, but the matter was settled after she entered Betty Ford.

Sources say Lilo bailed on Seafield in the Hamptons because she would not be permitted to smoke during her 90-day stay. Her new rehab facility isn’t so strict. TMZ reports that Lohan is not only allowed to smoke at Betty Ford, she has also been permitted to continue taking Adderall, an Attention Defecit Disorder medication (generic name: amphetamine salts) with properties similar to the more powerful street drug methamphetamine.
