“Hook” by Blues Traveler
The entire purpose of this song is to get you “hooked” on the sound. Even the lyrics spell out, word for word, exactly how the song will be attractive to listen to and how that all of the words are meaningless, but it doesn’t matter because it has a hook. The song is from Blues Traveler’s 1994 album Four and peaked at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100. It’s a great summer song.
