Bay Street Theatre Welcomes Diana Aceti as New Director of Development
Diana Aceti is the new Director of Development at Bay Street Theatre. Aceti is a resident of Sag Harbor, and brings over 20 years of fundraising, marketing, strategic planning and communications experience. She has spent the last year as Director of External Relations and Advancement at Watermill Center, and the previous seven years as Director of Development & Major Gifts at East Hampton’s Ross School.
“I am honored to join the wonderful team at Bay Street at this important time of change and growth at this acclaimed artistic haven,” says Aceti. “My goal is to help ensure the long-term sustainability of the Bay Street Theatre, which is essential to the character and spirit of the East End. Since its inception in 1991, Bay Street has offered artists and audiences the opportunity to experience the power of live theater. It is an invaluable resource for the community, with an open door policy to the area’s schools, engaging and inspiring our children with innovative educational programs and projects.”
Aceti will work closely with Executive Director Tracy Mitchell and the Board of Trustees in the development and execution of strategies, plans and projects in support of the theater’s overall goals for revenue through major gifts, underwriting, naming opportunities, and grants.
