Jennifer Lopez Celebrates 44th Birthday in Water Mill

Jennifer Lopez and beau Casper Smart took some time out in the Hamptons over the weekend, celebrating the pop diva’s birthday at her new Water Mill home and enjoying some local shopping in East Hampton Village.

The couple and Lopez’s daughter Emme Anthony stopped by the Monogram Shop, Blue & Cream and Intermix in search of clothing and accessories on Saturday, July 20.

Later, Lopez returned home to Water Mill and hosted a “family-friendly American barbeque” with “lots of mojitos” for her 44^th birthday, according to Page Six. Guests and their children jumped on a trampoline, threw water balloons and participated in sack races—which Smart won handily.

JLo’s parents, children, aunts and cousins were at the party and she had a cake with sparklers. Notable guests included Alicia Keys, NYC police commissioner Ray Kelly, Epic Records head L.A. Reid, Charles Koppelman of CAK Entertainment and Lopez’s manager Benny Medina, who gave a touching toast to his client, the Post reports.

Sag Harbor’s Janet O’Brien of Janet O’Brien Caterers+Events provided food for the event.

Lopez’s actual birthday is this Wednesday, July 24.
