'Long Island Lights' Casts for TV Pilot
Scordio Productions is hosting open auditions Thursday, October 10 in Manhattan for a television pilot that will be shot on Long Island in November.
Named Long Island Lights, the show centers on a 20-something who moves to Long Island after abandoning a promising career in finance. He joins “an incompetent and sleazy start-up production company that believes they are bound for Hollywood stardom” according to the casting call.
Auditions are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday at Champions Studios 257 W. 39th St., between. 7th and 8th avenues. Rehearsals will be in Manhattan in October and it will be shot on location on Long Island in November. For those actors who land parts, travel and meals will be provided and they will be given a copy of the pilot for their acting reels.
