North Fork Chocolate Company Opens at Tanger Food Court

North Fork Chocolate Company held its grand opening at the Tanger Outlets II food court in Riverhead Tuesday.

While the North Fork Chocolate Company does make many chocolate treats it sells online, the new spot in the food court has a variety of food.

The opening day menu included lobster bisque, creamy spinach and brie soup, leek and potato chowder, Miloski turkey and vegetable soup, roast turkey and brie sandwich, lobster salad, beef short ribs and fresh mozzarella and tomato.

The company is a product of the Stony Brook Incubator at Calverton through New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
