Hamptons Weekend Art Events: Meet Don Duga; Holiday Invitational

On Saturday, December 21, head to Riverhead in the morning then Sag Harbor in the afternoon for two great East End arts events.

Don Duga, the famed illustrator and animator, best known for Frosty the Snowman, will be at Dark Horse Restaurant in Riverhead from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. for a family luncheon. Duga will draw each child into illustrations with Frosty as a souvenir. Andrew Wargo will play piano with Kris Ambrose on guitar. Call 631-208-0072 for reservations.

Romany Kramoris Gallery presents a snowstorm of local artists with its holiday invitational show. A reception, which is open to the public, is Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. The show will remain on display through January 13. The gallery is at 41 Main Street, Sag Harbor.
