Rumba, Cowfish Restaurateurs Look to Open in Patchogue

Fork in the Road Hospitality Group, which owns both Cowfish and Rumba in Hampton Bays, is eyeing a third location, this one in Patchogue Village.

Partner Shawn McGibney said Friday that it is still early in the planning stages, put they have put out the word they are looking for investors in this new venture.

McGibney said the planned new restaurant would mix the concepts behind Rumba and Cowfish. Cowfish is a New American restaurant while Rumba is Caribbean inspired. Both are on the water with popular bar scenes.

The location Fork in the Road Hospitality Group is in contract for is on Patchogue’s Main Street, McGibney said.
