Who's Serving Christmas Eve, Christmas Dinner in the Hamptons

Many restaurants on the East End will be opening their doors on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or both, for dining out on the holidays. Here are a few Hamptons and North Fork restaurants taking reservations.

The Living Room at c/o The Maidstone in East Hampton will serve a three-course meal on Christmas Eve from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and on Christmas Day from noon to 3 p.m. The menu includes Peconic Pride oysters with a cucumber mignonette, salmon tartare with horseradish, juniper berry, mustard cream and pumpernickel, whole roast beef tenderloin Provençale with garlic butter and tomatoes and grilled arctic char with a fennel purée, pickled oyster mushrooms, semi-dried tomatoes and rissole potatoes. 207 Main Street, East Hampton. 631-324-5006 www.careofhotels.com
