Joe Farrell's Sandcastle to Be Featured on HGTV Friday

Hamptons builder Joe Farrell shows off his own abode, the 31,000-square-foot Sandcastle in Bridgehampton, Friday morning on HGTV.

His estate will be featured in the last segment of the hour-long America’s Outrageous Homes special airing at 8 a.m. on the cable network.

Sandcastle has made international headlines after being listed at a whopping $400,000 for a two-week rental—unheard of for any property in the Hamptons, especially one that isn’t even oceanfront. However, as the HGTV tour will reveal, the luxurious estate is worth every penny. Amenities include a movie theater, a 60′-x-20′ Gunite pool with  underwater stereo, a professional chef’s kitchen, an underground skatepark, a spa and a bowling alley, just to name a few. It’s been rented by the likes of Beyonce and Jay-Z.
