Bay Kitchen Bar to Open April 17 in East Hampton
A new waterfront restaurant, Bay Kitchen Bar, will open its doors in East Hampton next week by chef Eric Miller and partner Richard Silver, promising sea-to-table dining.
Located at 39 Gann Road, in the space that was formerly Andrea, the restaurant is on a marina and overlooks Three Mile Harbor.
Miller is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and a veteran of many acclaimed restaurants including The Helmsley Palace Hotel in Manhattan and Carol’s in Sag Harbor. His credits also include City Café in Manhattan and Cavo in Astoria.
Miller and his brother, Marc Miller, opened The Catch the Port Jefferson in 2004, and the next year Miller acquired the caterers Food & Co and Hampton Clam Bake and Catering Company.
They opened The Millers’ BBQ in 2012 in East Hampton and in 2013 Miller was the executive chef of Madison and Main in Sag Harbor.
Keith Rennie will serve as Bay Kitchen Bar’s chef de cuisine.
