GeekHampton Offers Free e-Waste Recycling for Earth Day

GeekHampton, the area purveyor of Apple computers, iPods and other devices and accessories, is observing Earth Day by holding three e-waste recycling days.

Materials will be accepted on Friday, April 18, Saturday, April 19, and Monday, April 21, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eligible items include laptops and desktops, computer peripherals, monitors, printers and copiers, mobile and landline phones, cable/wring, networking equipment and power supplies.

GeekHampton, which is partnering with KAD Electronics for the recycling days, assures that data will be destroyed and nothing will go to a landfill.
