'Seinfeld' Marathon Will Honor 25th Anniversary of Legendary Sitcom
“Seinfeld” premiered 25 years ago, and in celebration of the classic sitcom from East Hampton’s Jerry Seinfeld, TBS is running a weeklong marathon.
TBS will air 25 of the series’ most popular episodes from Monday, June 30, through Saturday, July 5.
The first five nights of the marathon will feature four episodes each from 6 to 8 p.m.
Saturday night, the true 25th anniversary of the show’s premiere, will include five episodes, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The network selected the 25 episodes based on outside pop culture references, social media attention and past ratings on TBS. Memorable episodes include “The Bubble Boy” and “The Puffy Shirt.” At 6 p.m. on Wednesday evening, the East End will get some airtime in “The Hamptons” episode.
