The Kardashians in the Hamptons: Keeping Up on NoyaKK Road
On the heels of the most talked-about Hamptons real estate deal of the year so far—the $147 million sale of the property on Further Lane that made East Hampton home to the most expensive residence in America—comes the most buzz-generating rental of the year. The hype isn’t being generated by the price tag, however, but rather by the residents moving in.
Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, as you may have heard, will be spending this summer on the East End while filming the forthcoming E! show Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons. Once they nailed down a spot to open the East End pop-up version of their clothing boutique, Dash—a rental that has sparked plenty of discussion in its own right—word came that they’d be renting a North Sea mansion for the season. Here’s a by-the-numbers look:
3—Acres of land on which the estate resides
80—Feet of private dock (note: this is not an invitation to bring your boat over)
317, 319—Noyac Road street numbers of the property (note: this is not an invitation to send letters)
8,900—Square footage of the waterfront home, which includes five bedrooms, six full baths and some sweet views
3.87—Miles in the commute from the North Sea summer home to their Dash pop-up on Jobs Lane in Southampton
2,905.7—Miles in the commute between Southampton and Calabasas, California, where Khloé just bought Justin Bieber’s pad and Kourtney also has a home
$295,000—Cost of renting their Hamptons home from Memorial Day to Labor Day
$350,000—Annual cost to rent the North Sea estate. At only $55,000 for those eight extra months, that seems worth it even if they just want to come back to the Hamptons for a few long weekends.
$13.95 million—Sale price if you’re interested in purchasing the Noyac Road home (note: hanging with the Kardashians is not included in the purchase price)
