Montauk Brewing Company Debuts Online Store

Montauk Brewing Company, based on the tip of Long Island, has opened its online store.

Montauk Brewing Company was established just two years ago in 2012. The three founders, Eric Moss, Vaughan Cutillo, and Joe Sullivan, are lifelong friends and East Hampton locals who aim to serve the East End quality beer in the spirit of Montauk.

Currently, Montauk Brewing Company produces four different kinds of beer: Driftwood Ale, Summer Ale, Offland IPA, and Arrowhead Irish Red Ale. Dan Koontz of Dan’s Papers tasted and reviewed these beers last year.

Though you won’t be able to purchase the Montauk Brewing Company’s beer from their new online shop, their tasting room at 62 South Erie Avenue in Montauk is open until 8 p.m. every day for anyone interested in trying the local brews. The beer is also served in bars and distributors throughout the East End, which can be found using their online Brew Locator.

What will be available in the new online shop is classic merchandise items, or what Montauk Brewery Company calls “brewery swag.”

The brewery swag includes clothing items, like T-shirts, tanks, and hoodies, but also beer accessories like glasses, growlers, and growler wetsuits.
