Jason Kidd Selling Water Mill Residence
Retired NBA player and current Milwaukee Bucks coach Jason Kidd has put his Hamptons home on the market, asking $7.995 million.
Listing agent Matthew Breitenbach of Corcoran told The Wall Street Journal that the home comes fully furnished and move-in ready.
Kidd bought the newly built residence at 100 Flying Point Road in 2012 for $5 million. The gated estate is 2 acres and boasts a heated gunite pool, pool house, tennis court, half basketball court, putting green and carriage house, according to the Corcoran listing. There is also a 1,250-square-foot carriage house.
The main house is 7,800 square feet.
Kidd was playing for the New York Knicks when he bought the estate. His next move was coach of the Brooklyn Nets. Now he heads to Wisconsin for the 2014-2015 NBA season.
