On Saturday, March 14, 2015, the Kathryn Markel Fine Arts Gallery was the location for the Artists & Writers Charity Softball Game Art Exhibition and Auction opening reception. A portion of the proceeds raised will benefit East End Hospice, Eleanor Whitmore Childhood Center, Phoenix House Academy of Long Island and The Retreat.
