East Hampton Cops: Nicholas Gray Arrested for Amagansett Burglaries

Nicholas C. Gray, a 27-year-old East Hampton man, was arrested in Lindenhurst April 7 in connection with a string of burglaries in Amagansett, according to police.

East Hampton Town Police Department reports that Suffolk County police, using information provided by East Hampton detectives, located Gray at the Lindenhurst Motel and found that he has two handguns, both of which were taken from a Marine Boulevard residence.

Gray was arraigned on weapons charged April 8 at First District Court in Central Islip and remanded to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverside in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Police said Gary also faces charges in two seperate residential burglaries and two stolen vehicles in Amagansett.
