Celebrity Partners Revitalize Montauk Yacht Club Resort and Marina
Experience the new allure of the Montauk Yacht Club Resort and Marina that is enticing crowds to head out to The End.
The Gulf Coast Kitchen located in the Montauk Yacht Club has hired Ron Duprat a former Bravo Top Chef contestant as executive chef. Duprat will be in charge of all menu operations, his newest featured menu items include Jumbo Scallops Citrus Butter, Lobster Nicoise, Pearl Oysters Fluke and Black Bass. His influence will also be seen in the Barracuda Bar, Turtle Lounge, and Hurricane Alley. Duprat has a Haitian background and is also influenced by French and Asian cuisine. His style is expected to challenge and excite guests’ palates this summer.
“My unique background and cooking style brings bold flavors that previously had not been showcased in The Hamptons,” Duprat says. “My goal is to offer our guests innovative dishes that will keep them guessing and continuously coming back to experience a culinary scene they cannot find anywhere else.”
Montauk Yacht Club Resort and Marina is also amplifying the experience by partnering with the Koch Brothers of DMK Entertainment Group. Twins Daniel and Derek, known for their energizing brunches, will produce a signature series at Montauk Yacht Club each Sunday afternoon throughout the summer. These original brunches will be centered around the idea of a lobster bake. The menu will include whole lobsters, cajun shrimp, and lobster rolls and more. Alcohol will be focused on rosé and champagne. The brunches will take place in a tent on Montauk Yacht Club’s Great Lawn that can hold approximately 300 people. There will be a DJ and dance floor each week and the tent will be set up in a lounge/night club style. The Koch Brothers will also bring back the RISE party series on Saturday evenings during Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends featuring DJs, celebrities and live acts.
