Southampton Town marked the 375th anniversary of the arrival of English settlers at Conscience Point during Founders Day on Saturday, June 13, 2015. Events included a recreation of Shinnecock life before the arrival of European settlers in 1640, narrated by tribal elder Elizabeth Thunderbird Haile.
