Alec Baldwin Sells NYC Apartment

Amagansett homeowner Alec Baldwin has divested himself of one of his other real estate holdings, an apartment at Greenwich Village’s Devonshire House.

Located at 28 East 10th Street, between University Place and Broadway, the Devonshire House was built in 1928, designed by architect Emery Roth,  and has 131 units.

According to 6sqft.com, Baldwin owns a penthouse there plus a unit next door. The unit he just sold is a one-bedroom on the first floor. 6sqft.com reports he purchased the latter unit for $2.25 million in 2013 and recently sold it for just $2.1 million.

The Corcoran listing states, “Features include 4 inch oak flooring, solid core doors, windowed eat-in kitchen outfitted with Waterworks fixtures and appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Bosch.
