Clintons Go Out, Stay Home in the Hamptons

Where they dine: Bill Clinton enjoyed the local VIP social scene last Friday, August 28. The former president stopped by favorite local spot the Blue Parrot in East Hampton for an after-party following a screening of Bill Murray’s new movie, Rock the Kasbah.
North Haven’s Jimmy Buffett hosted the celebration, which was also attended by fellow rock n roll royals Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Roger Waters, John Mellencamp, Jon Bon Jovi and others.
Meanwhile, Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky enjoyed a date night at The Palm in East Hampton, while Grandma Hillary reportedly took care of the couple’s daughter.
Former President Clinton also recently dined at Indian Wells Tavern in Amagansett.
Joined by a party of six, Paul McCartney also ate at Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton on Wednesday night.
Outside the spheres of rock and politics, star of HBO’s The Newsroom Emily Mortimer and her husband Alessandro Nivola (Face Off, American Hustle) enjoyed a bite at Nick & Toni’s after a movie on Sunday night.
Another HBO star, of Boardwalk Empire, Anatol Yusef, stopped by Bobby Van’s in Times Square for a cold beverage last week.
Chef Alex Guarnaschelli dined outside at Bostwick’s Chowder House in East Hampton with her daughter and a friend Wednesday evening.
