Dan’s Best of the Best 2015 Winners!
What does it take to be the best? In the Hamptons and on the North Fork, it takes a particular dedication to excellence, a desire to deliver the best of everything to a discerning group of residents and visitors alike who love the East End. Dan’s Papers has always celebrated the best the Hamptons and the North Fork have to offer, and nowhere is that celebration bigger than in the Dan’s Best of the Best competition.
The 2015 Dan’s Best of the Best, presented by Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB), drew a massive turnout of voters sharing their picks for who should be honored among the best businesses, nonprofits, professionals and personalities on the East End. Of the 2,300-plus nominees who vied for recognition in some 400 categories, it was you, the Dan’s Papers readers, who told us who they think are tops.
This year we have awarded Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze level honors to the top vote-getters in each category on both the North Fork and the South Fork. In many cases the voting was heated right down to the wire, and in the end some races were so close that we had to call a few ties.
Every one of those winners is invited to come collect those coveted certificates during one of the great traditions of the Best of the Best competition—the annual awards ceremony. For the third consecutive year, the event will be held at the historic Suffolk Theater in Riverhead, and the party promises to be an evening to remember filled with food and drink and plenty of congratulations. And, of course, the handing out of the Best of the Best awards—which winners can proudly display for all to see in their windows, on their walls, in advertisements or wherever they decide. The ceremony will be held on Friday, November 13, from 5 to 7 p.m.
But the fun doesn’t end there. Following the awards ceremony will be the Dan’s Papers Best of the Best Celebration Concert, featuring Somethin’ Fresh and Just Groovin’.

Tickets for Dan’s Papers Best of the Best Celebration Concert on Friday, November 13, at 7:30 p.m. at Suffolk Theater in Riverhead are $25 for general admission in advance, $35 at the door, or $200 for a VIP table for four. Tickets may be purchased online.
