East Hampton Point on the Market Again

East Hampton Point, a 5-plus-acre restaurant, hotel, marina and wedding venue, is on the market again, now with a reduced asking price.

When it was listed in 2006 for $55 million, the price tag was hotly debated. Then in 2009, East Hampton Point returned to the market at a significantly reduced price, $34 million. There were still no takers. Now, the list price is $29 million.

Overlooking Three Mile Harbor, East Hampton Point is one of the most beautiful commercial properties in East Hampton. Luxury accommodations include 13 standalone cottages plus seven suites in the country manor. The marina and boatyard offer 58 slips and a ship’s stone. In addition to a namesake restaurant—with the boat JADE situated in the bar area—East Hampton Point has a heated swimming pool and a tennis court.
