Four Alec Baldwin Movies Streaming on Netflix

Amagansett actor Alec Baldwin has scores of acting credits to his name, but only a handful of his films are streaming on Netflix at present.

Elizabethtown
Baldwin has a small role as a CEO in this 2005 Cameron Crowe film. Set in the title town of Elizabeth, Kentucky, the romantic comedy stars Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst. Bloom plays Drew, who was suicidal but gains a new appreciation for life when he returns to his hometown for a funeral.

Outside Providence

Of these four movies, Outside Providence has the most Baldwin for your buck. Baldwin plays the divorced father to a troubled teen (Shawn Hatosy), who he sends to prep school. Netflix consider the movie a raunchy romantic comedy. Michael Corrente directs and the Farrelly Brothers (There’s Something About Mary) wrote the screenplay.

The Aviator
This Howard Hughes biopic is the second collaboration between director Martin Scorsese and actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Baldwin plays Pam Am founder Juan Trippe, one of the film’s antagonists.

Hick
Starring Chloë Grace Moretz as a runaway teenager in Las Vegas, Hick is a 2011 gritty dramedy directed by Derick Martini. Baldwin has a small part as a landlord. The film also stars Blake Lively and Eddie Redmayne.
