CBS New York's Best Wineries & Vineyards Coming to Dan's Harvest East End
CBS New York’s Best of NY has named the five best Long Island wineries. Congratulations to Coffee Pot Cellars (31855 Main Road, Cutchogue), Harmony Vineyards (169 Harbor Road, Head of the Harbor), Osprey’s Dominion (44075 Main Road, Peconic), Macari Vineyards (150 Bergen Avenue, Mattituck) and Clovis Point Vineyards (1935 Main Road, Jamesport).
Interested oenophiles can try three of the five wineries at Dan’s Harvest East End, the can’t-miss food and wine classic, on Saturday, August 20:
Clovis Point Vineyards sits on eight beautiful acres of land and offers a comprehensive master tasting menu, as well as white and red flights.
Coffee Pot Cellars is known for their ultra-premium wine by Adam Suprenant. Visitors to their tasting room can also enjoy special products by beekeeper Laura Klahre, which include beeswax candles, crayons, lip balm and more. Coffee Pot Cellars is currently offering their “Cyser,” a limited-batch hard apple cider sweetened with honey.
Macari Vineyards, part of the 500-acre Macari Estate, offers Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Grüner Veltliner and more. The grounds also house a farm filled with Texas longhorns, Spanish goats, Sicilian donkeys, horses, ducks and rabbits.
Dan’s Harvest East End, the can’t-miss food and wine classic, hosted by Geoffrey Zakarian, is Saturday, August 20, at McCall Vineyard and Ranch in Cutchogue. VIP tickets for Harvest East End are $285 and offer early access beginning at 6:30 p.m. General Admission, from 7:30–10 p.m., is $135.
