Hamptons Food Porn: Eggcellent Eggs

Hamptons foodies are taking to Instagram with all sorts of photos featuring fabulous meals and culinary creations this month. And local chefs, restaurateurs and food fans have shown real creativity when it comes to one of our most basic staples: the egg.

We’ve shared some of our favorite photos of these beautiful egg dishes—from a basic scramble or egg with bacon and cheese on a bagel, to more ambitious fare, like the Dreesen’s doughnut eggs in a basket or poached eggs on avocado toast. It seems there’s no limit to what an inspired chef can create!
