The wait is over, it’s finally here—Dan’s ClambakeMTK at Gurney’s Montauk is this Saturday night! And you’re invited to this ultimate seaside soirée, the ultimate oceanfront food and drink fest at the legendary Gurney’s Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa. If you loved our blockbuster 2016 GrillHampton and Taste of Two Forks events, think of ClambakeMTK as their beachy, sun-kissed cousin.
A lineup of top chefs from Montauk and Manhattan will be serving up their take on the clambake reimagined, featuring such specialties as chilled lobster salad, BBQ brisket sliders, grilled zucchini and orzo, and yes, local Quahog clams. Here’s a preview!
