Pokémon Go Pokéstops in the Hamptons: Restaurants

Pokémon Go has taken over the world, and the Hamptons is no exception. For those who haven’t heard of this new craze, Pokémon Go is a smartphone app that uses GPS to locate Pokémon (cute little critters from a Nintendo video game). Using Pokéballs, you catch them, train them and fight them against other Pokémon and their trainers in a virtual space.
First, a bit of a primer for new users. There’s a few terms to know before embarking on a Pokémon Go adventure.
Pokéstop: A real-world location that provides items for your journey, including Pokéballs, potions and more. These are usually at historic landmarks and public places.
Pokéstop Module: This item can be attached to a Pokéstop by any user and lures Pokémon to the location. You’ll find that Pokéstops are often great places to catch Pokémon thanks to modules.
Pokémon Gym: A real-world location where you can fight other trainers’ (players’) Pokémon. If you’re strong enough, you can even become head trainer at the gym.
Yellow, Red & Blue Teams: In the game, you have to choose a team. This decides who you’ll be fighting at gyms.
Here are Hamptons restaurants with Pokéstops nearby. We’re sure you already know this, but never trespass or loiter just to catch a Pokémon! Eat your food, be respectful and don’t use your phone until you’re in a convenient spot that won’t interrupt anyone.
