Hamptons Stars Shine on the Small Screen

Do you watch TV? Chances are you do, which means you’ve probably caught an East Ender or two on your favorite shows. Check out these Hamptons celebs on the small screen.

East Hampton’s Alec Baldwin reprised his role as presidential hopeful Donald Trump for Saturday Night Live last weekend.

Divorce, the new HBO show starring Amagansett’s Sarah Jessica Parker, debuted last Sunday. Earlier in the week, Parker attended a premiere party at La Sirena in Manhattan. Helping celebrate were her husband, Matthew Broderick, Jerry Seinfeld, Cynthia Nixon, Karen Duffy, Dana Delaney, Molly Shannon, Olivia Newton-John, Kenny Loggins and others.

Southampton resident Brooke Shields will return to The Middle this season. Shields will reprise her recurring role as Rita Glossner, the neighbor and nemesis to Patricia Heaton’s Frankie Heck. In the episode, slated to air later this year, Rita and Frankie take a road trip together. The Middle airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.

East Hampton’s Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg released a new promotional video for their upcoming VH1 show last week. In the clip, the entertaining partners are preparing a meal for their famous guests. Martha and Snoop’s Dinner Party premieres later this fall.
