Matt Lauer listed his lovely 25 acre spread in Noyac just about a year ago, after he closed on the sale of Strongheart, Richard Gere’s North Haven estate. Asking price was $18 million. No one bit, so he cut the price $1 million in September. And there the price sat, until today. Now the ask is $14.9 million. Which, considering how lovely the property, is not at all unreasonable.
