Highway Brings Dante NYC Cocktails to East Hampton

Highway Restaurant & Bar in East Hampton is bringing in a special new cocktail menu from Dante New York City next Friday through Sunday, June 23–25.

The iconic Greenwich Village restaurant and bar Dante, which Time Out New York named as the city’s Best Restaurant-Bar Program this year, is presenting their Summer of Spritz pop-up featuring exclusive libations. Curated by Dante’s team, the selection includes classic cocktails from their popular NYC menu—such as their famous Negroni and the Sgroppino Spritz, a refreshing sorbet drink made in collaboration with OddFellows Ice Cream Co.—as well as unique variations of Aperol Spritz, a wine-based cocktail aperitif recognizable by its bright orange color.

Dante’s Summer of Spritz cocktail menu will be available starting at 4 p.m. next weekend and can be enjoyed while dining al fresco on Highway’s new outdoor deck.
