Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez Have a Joint Birthday Party
Water Mill’s Jennifer Lopez and beau Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez celebrated their birthdays over the weekend in Miami with cakes, cute clothes and dancing.
Divine Delicacies Cakes made the six-tier cake for the 48-year-old World of Dance star. The cake had white roses, gold sparkles and Swarovski crystals spelling out her name. Meanwhile, the former third baseman had a four-tier cake with a gold, white and black checkered pattern with an additional set of Swarovski crystals spelling out his name.
The cakes weren’t the only thing to turn heads. According to E! News, Lopez wore a little black Bao Tranchi dress. The dress was sheer and velvet with cutouts from the waist up. Both Lopez and Rodriguez’s children attended the party, as did Lopez’s back up dancers and her co-stars from Shades of Blue.
A source tells E! News, “J.Lo was getting down on the dance floor with A-Rod and they both looked happily in love. The couple both drank and danced the night away, but were never out of control. It was a perfect night.”
Rodriguez took to Instagram to show the happy couple’s style.
The actress turned 48 on Monday and Rodriguez turns 42 this Thursday. A-Rod wished her a happy birthday on Instagram, calling her “this amazing human being who lights up my world every day.”
