Alzheimer’s Association Rita Hayworth Gala Hamptons Kickoff

Friday night, July 28, Anne and Jay McInerney co-hosted the annual Alzheimer’s Association Rita Hayworth Gala Hamptons Kickoff in Water Mill, NY with Gala Founder Princess Yasmin Aga Khan (daughter of Rita Hayworth) and 2017 Gala Co-Chairs Karyn Kornfeld, Robin Meltzer and Daryl Simon.

Nina Garcia, Creative Director of Marie Claire and judge of Lifetime’s Project Runway was announced as the Gala’s Champion Award Recipient. Aga Khan, Meltzer and Simon all gave remarks to the crowd, including an update from the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in London, the world’s largest forum for the dementia research community. The evening included a silent auction, which raised funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research programs.
