The Beacon
The Beacon, a Sag Harbor summertime mainstay, will open for its 20th season of business on Thursday, May 17. Dinner will be served Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 5:30 PM. Guests can expect to see a new cocktail menu with the addition of specialty mocktails, as well as a selection of new innovative menu items created by Executive Chef Sam McCleland.
The beloved Beacon classics will also return, including steamed mussels “Beacon Style” with garlic, white wine, lemon-thyme, cream, and tomatoes; crispy fish tacos with salsa verde, pepper jack cheese, and tomato emulsion; halibut baked in parchment with sun-dried tomatoes, tatsoi, and toasted Israeli couscous; shellfish bouillabaisse with lobster tails, mussels, clams, shrimp, and scallops; and the Beacon ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Duryea’s Lobster Deck
Duryea’s Lobster Deck in Montauk is now open for the 2018 season. Business hours leading up to Memorial Day will be Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesdays) noon to 10 PM and 11 AM to 10:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
The fish market will be open Wednesday through Monday 10 AM to 5 PM and the farmer’s market will be open Wednesday through Monday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
Following Memorial Day, the restaurant and markets will be open seven days. Duryea’s Lobster Deck’s classic menu will return with favorites including lobster bisque, baked cherry stone clams, and Duryea’s lobster roll.
Indian Wells Tavern
Indian Wells Tavern in Amagansett is now serving brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 3 PM. The menu includes an omelet of the day, French toast, eggs benedict, fish & chips, and more.
