MFD Annual Inspection Dinner

Members of the Montauk Fire Department were asked to wear their class A uniforms to Gosman’s Restaurant on Saturday, October 13, for the department’s signature Annual Inspection Dinner. The highlights of an evening of fun, food, and camaraderie were the awards to the best of 2017. MFD Chief Vinnie Franzone, First Assistant Chief David Ryan, Second Assistant Chief Mickey Valcich, and Dustin Lightcap, Captain of Company No. 4 presented Fireman of the Year to Donald Schnell of Company No. 1, Company of the Year to Company No. 2, and Emergency Medical Technician of the Year to Susan Farnham.
