Community Covered Dish Supper

Baked beans, baked goods, chicken prepared in a variety of styles, salads, and other homemade specialties contributed by the guests, were shared on the evening of Friday, November 9, at Wainscott Chapel on Main Street, at the Wainscott Sewing Society’s Community Covered Dish Supper. Desserts and beverages were provided by the society.

WSS President Hilary Osborn Malecki announced the upcoming capital campaign to raise funds to upgrade the chapel to modern standards, including a handicap ramp, air conditioning, indoor plumbing, and drinking water, which until now has come from an old-fashioned pitcher pump. A new website for Wainscott Chapel will be online very soon.
