Shellfish Hatchery Talk & Tour

On Saturday, March 30, at the East Hampton Town Shellfish Hatchery on Fort Pond Road in Montauk, John “Barley” Dunne, the town’s director of aquaculture, bay management specialist, and hatchery manager spoke about shellfish. He also conducted a tour of the facility and confirmed that the hatchery plans to move to new quarters on Gann Road in Springs.
