The Garden
The Garden at Water Mill, a new all-day restaurant, is slated to open at the end of this month. The space is designed with group dining in mind, complete with an expansive outdoor garden with lawn games, private dining alcoves, and space for family-style lobster bakes.
The restaurant will serve American summer fare that includes crudo, shareable bites and BBQ plates along with playful, large-format cocktails and an extensive wine list, all perfect for sharing with friends and family.
The Garden at Water Mill will also host a chef pop-up series throughout the summer with acclaimed chefs from around the world, starting in July with Uchi, the award-winning Japanese restaurant from Austin.
