Top Notch Local Oysters, By Way Of The U.K.

Sunset Beach isn’t messing around when it comes to their oysters this Fourth of July. From July 1 to July 7, the tony seaside hotel will play host to Bobby Groves. As the de facto “Head of Oysters” at London’s equally posh Chiltern Firehouse, there’s perhaps no one better suited for the job, which will see Groves shucking his way through an estimated 1000 oysters throughout his week-long tenure. Paired with these fresh catches will be a menu of local delicacies designed by Chef Edi Cungu, and plenty of rosé.
