Saturday, August 10, was a big day at Ashawagh Hall in East Hampton, as the Springs Improvement Society held its 87th annual Fisherman’s Fair. A clam shucking contest, local corn and seafood, a blacksmith demonstration, and the live music of seven local bands were just part of the usual and unusual fun.
