Race Of Hope

Sailor Brinkley-Cook and Jack Brinkley-Cook, the children of Christie Brinkley, led more than 750 participants at the fourth annual Race of Hope to Defeat Depression in Southampton on Sunday, August 4, at Lake Agawam. The event, which kicked off at the Southampton Cultural Center, helped raise more than $275,000 for Southampton resident Audrey Gruss’ Hope for Depression Research Foundation, which funds cutting-edge scientific research into the origins, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of depression and its related mood and emotional disorders.
