The 2020 Season Empire Pass is available for purchase online and by mail, and expired passes are now renewable. The card grants access to most New York State parks, beaches and facilities and is not limited to use by a single vehicle. At this time, many beaches have reduced parking by 50% and local roads may have closures in effect. Many popular beaches will fill to capacity by noon and close early to incoming visitors and traffic, with daily updates posted online.
