Union Sushi & Steak, Summers Newest hotspot
Co-located with dining sensation Union Burger Bar, the all-new Union Sushi & Steak restaurant has arrived at 40 Bowden Square in Southampton. The French American inspired menu features Dry aged steaks that are courtesy of Niman Ranch in Colorado and the assorted fresh sushi and sashimi menu is both enticing and is freshly prepared at the sushi bar. Launched by the team that brought Southampton Social Club, Union Sushi & Steak will have that “Supper Club” feeling. Picture this; dinner starts to wrap up, the keys on the baby grand start to dance, the DJ’s music starts to intoxicate you, and the cocktails set the tempo.

Tutto il Giorno, The Pasta Lovers Favorite
A dining hotspot in Southampton for almost ten years, Tutto il Giorno is thrilled to be open for al fresco dining on their beautiful garden patio at their Southampton location. The Southampton staple is owned and operated Donna Karan and her daughter Gabby Karan de Felice. Open for lunch and dinner, they serve contemporary Italian dishes from Naples and also offer decadent craft cocktails.

Bamboo, An Asian Fusion Experience
Located down the block from the Southampton Theatre, Bamboo offers a contemporary Asian Fusion menu combined with a delectable sushi bar. Carbone, A Taste of Italy in the East End
The sister restaurant to Carbone in New York City, the new Southampton location Carbone Hamptons Pop-up restaurant features all of their signature dishes that you find in NYC every night. Topping Rose House Hotel, Beautiful Garden Dining

Ed’s Lobster Bar, New England Comes to Sag Harbor
Now in its second season in Sag Harbor, Ed’s Lobster Bar is like being at a New England coastal fish house where lobster is the main attraction, with a variety of unique dishes including lobster pizza, seafood towers, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic favorites such as lobster rolls and grilled lobster. Bostwick’s on the Harbor, Dining with an Ocean View
Located in East Hampton, Bostwick’s on the Harbor offers a beautiful dining atmosphere overlooking the marina with gorgeous sunsets. The seafood-centric menu kicks off with Montauk tuna crudo with cucumber, lemon avocado oil, chilies, Amagansett sea salt and sea beans, just to name a few. Etiquette, A Tasty Pop Up
The new pop up located at the trendy Ruschmeyer’s hotel in Montauk, Etiquette is an immersive dining experience. The menu features diverse cuisine ranging from Italian to Mediterranean, as well as an extensive list of champagne, wine and spirits. With spacious outside dining, the menu includes a variety of pastas, Neapolitan pizza, apps, entrees and homemade gelato.
