Update: 15-Year-Old Reported Missing Thursday Has Been Found
Update, September 11, 1:50 p.m.: Caterina Sebastian Matias, a 15-year-old Riverside girl who had been reported missing Thursday, has been found. According to Southampton Town police, she was unharmed.
Originally, September 11, 12:19 a.m.: A 15-year-old Riverside girl was reported missing nearly two months after she was last seen by family, according to Southampton Town police.
Police said Caterina Sebastian Matias was not reporting missing until she did not report to Riverhead High School on Thursday for the new school year. She was last seen July 20 at her house on Flanders Road after having an argument with a family member, according to information distributed by Suffolk County police on behalf of town police late Thursday night.
Caterina is described as 4’10”, 160 pounds, having black hair and brown eyes. Police could not provide a clothing description.
