Rollerblading, spending time with my family and exploring new restaurants that I haven’t tried before.
What’s your comfort food and why?
My mom’s cranberry pot roast—it is something I have grown up with and it is delicious and comforting.
If you were not in the food or wine business, what would you be doing?
Full-time artist, painting for a living.

Tofu steam buns from Koi Kokoro.
