Prostate Cancer Foundation Hosts Annual Gala
The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) celebrated its 23rd annual gala in the Hamptons at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill. The summer benefit supported the Annual PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament, while commemorating the accomplishments and millions raised over the past 30 years.
Founder and event organizer Michael Milken welcomed guests to enjoy the festivities whilst contributing to cancer research initiatives. The gala commenced with a lively cocktail reception. The event’s total sponsorships, ticket sales and live auction raised nearly $8 million for the Foundation’s work.
The dinner soiree featured special musical performances by the multi-award-winning artist Adam Lambert. This weekend celebration led up to the finals of the PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament. The efforts of PCF investigators across more than 220 institutions have led to groundbreaking treatments in over 70 types of cancer.
